Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal. To better serve you, we provide personalized attention to every order. If you are not satisfied with the product or service, please contact us immediately upon receiving the goods. We will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible and provide you with suitable exchange options. The company will send the exchanged goods, packaged in accordance with the terms and conditions and consistent with the original order, to you. The cost of exchanging goods will be borne by the customer.

1.Product Description
Products purchased from our company and offline stores do not support returns and refunds. However, in cases where the product is defective or if there are objections due to customer inconvenience, we offer exchange services.

2.Exchange Instructions
We accept exchanges under the following conditions:
2.1 Meet the exchange policy: The condition of the product is consistent with its condition at the time of shipment, i.e., undamaged, unstained, unused, with tags, etc., and does not affect the normal resale of the product;
2.2 Exchange notification: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods to indicate your intention to exchange;
2.3 Exchange deadline: Please note the date of return shipping. We need to receive the returned goods within 7 days from the date of delivery. Overdue returns will not be processed for exchange;
2.4 Shipping and handling: If the exchange is not initiated due to product quality, the customer is responsible for all transportation and handling costs related to the return, and bears all responsibility for the safe return of the goods. We recommend careful packaging and purchasing transportation insurance.

3.Exchange Procedure
If you need to exchange, please send an email to Info@thewondercity.com.mo to contact us. Once approved, we will provide exchange information. Following the agreed-upon procedures and timeline for returning the goods, we will send out the replacement goods within 7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
